From the delicious kitchen in the back of the house that had to be shared, it was not enough to accommodate the increasing number of customers, to opening a shop in front of the house since 1986, serving both Thai food and Tom Yum Noodles with the authentic Sukhothai taste, the original recipe with a perfect balance of flavors that are not too strong, making "Mali Thai Food, Tom Yum Noodles in Sukhothai" the first Sukhothai-style restaurant in Chiang Mai and has received warm popularity from Chiang Mai people.

Mother Malee Chuaycharoen

A native of Sukhothai, her family moved to Chiang Mai when she was young. From inheriting the original recipes from her ancestors and her love of cooking, those who tasted her food grew to love her mother's cooking and often dropped by to try it. Mother Mali therefore used the kitchen behind her shophouse on Wualai Road to open a small kitchen with only a few tables. Then, she gradually expanded and eventually opened a shop front.

The deliciousness that has been continuously popular and never goes out of style is due to *the taste or recipe that mother is good at. Another reason is the use of quality ingredients. Another interesting thing is the attention paid to every step. And the words that Mother Mali always teaches her children are.
